Hire of Facilities Forms & Charges

The hall and members lounge at the Caledon Community Centre, Napsbury Park Pavilion and White Horse Lane Pavilion are available for hire for parties, events and for regular activities.

If you wish to hire any of the facilities please contact the Parish Council Office on info@londoncolney-pc.gov.uk or telephone 01727 821314 to confirm availability.  Once availability is confirmed, please complete a booking form, noting the Venue Hire Terms of Conditions, and send with the appropriate booking deposit to the Parish Council Office. Bookings remain provisional until the deposit has been received.
