The Parish Council meetings are held on a monthly basis, on the first Friday of the month (unless this date falls on a Bank Holiday), with the exception of August when no meeting is held. Meetings are held in Morris Playing Field Pavilion, White Horse Lane and are generally scheduled to start at 7.00pm.
Proposed dates for meetings during 2011 are as follows - any changes made to dates/times will be advertised here and on the Parish Council Noticeboards.
The Annual Parish Meeting commences at 7.00pm and is followed by the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council which commences at approximately 7.20pm. A buffet will be available from 6.30pm.

Annual Parish Meeting and Annual Meeting of the Parish Council 4 May 2012
The Annual Parish Meeting commences at 7.00pm and is followed by the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council which commences at approximately 7.20pm. The May Parish Council Meeting commences at approximately 7.30pm. A buffet will be available from 6.30pm.
Members of the press and public are welcome to attend.
Other Committee meetings and Working Party meetings are called throughout the year.
