There is a team of 11 members of staff at London Colney Parish Council. They are split between three teams: office, grounds and support staff.
The office staff comprise of the Clerk, supported by the Community & Events & Officer, Finance Officer and Admin Officer. They are responsible for the day to day running of the Caledon Community Centre, the administration of the Council and the organisation of the many, popular village events.
The Council’s team of three ground staff are responsible for the maintenance of the playing fields and sports pitches, village green and other areas around the village plus five play areas and allotments. The parish council are responsible for Caledon Community Centre, Morris Recreation Ground, Walsingham Way Open Space, Napsbury Park Open Space and Shenley Lane Recreation Ground
They also carry out other works related to Parish Council projects and events, such as Larks in the Parks, the annual Firework Display and Christmas Lights.
The support staff including a bar manager, two caretakers and a cleaner.
